Rental Terms
The vehicle remains the property of the Company and is delivered in excellent condition. The renter is obliged to return the vehicle in the same condition, except for normal wear and tear.
The rental amount must be paid in advance and the vehicle must be returned at the agreed date and time. The Company reserves the right to refuse any extension of the rental period. In case of early return, no refund will be provided.
The renter must comply with all traffic regulations. Any fines or penalties resulting from violations during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
Damages to tyres and rims are not covered and are fully chargeable to the renter.
The vehicle must not be used in violation of traffic laws, must not carry more passengers than permitted by the manufacturer and must not be driven on beaches or off-road areas.
The renter is fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period. In case the vehicle becomes unusable due to damage, the renter will be charged for the full number of days required for its repair.
The vehicle is strictly prohibited from leaving Paxos Island.
The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as delivered. Otherwise, the renter will be charged accordingly.
Insurance
All rental rates include Third Party Insurance (TPI), covering bodily injury and material damages to third parties.
No other coverage applies unless explicitly agreed and signed in the rental agreement.
The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the rented vehicle, regardless of fault, unless additional insurance coverage has been agreed.
Payment Options
Pay at Pick-Up is available, allowing payment upon vehicle collection using cash or card.
A credit card authorization form may be required for the deposit and to secure the rental.
Payments can also be made via bank transfer to EUROBANK ERGASIA A.E with IBAN GR7202606300000080201429403, BIC ERBKGRAA and beneficiary ALEXANDROS KIOUPI.
If a booking cannot be confirmed, any payments made will be fully refunded.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Pick-up & Drop-off
Flexible pick-up and drop-off times are available to accommodate different arrival schedules.
Free delivery is provided anywhere on Paxos Island.
Vehicle Delivery
All delivery details and contact information are included in the confirmation email.
For port deliveries, a company representative will be waiting with a sign displaying the company name.
Availability & Vehicle Type
While every effort is made to provide the selected vehicle type, the Company cannot guarantee a specific make, model or fuel type.
The Company reserves the right to provide a vehicle of the same or higher category if the selected vehicle is unavailable.
All vehicles are insured for a maximum number of passengers. Exceeding this limit voids the insurance coverage and may result in penalties.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, along with the rental agreement signed at pick-up, are governed by Greek law and are legally binding for both parties.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to the rental start date.
For cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours before the rental start, a fee equal to one day's rental cost or 30% of the total booking amount, whichever is higher, will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the rental start, in case of no-show or if the reservation is declined by the renter, the Company reserves the right to charge the full rental amount or retain any deposit or prepayment.
If the pick-up time has passed, the reservation cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Please note that special vehicles or bookings during high season may be non-refundable. In such cases, the customer will be informed in writing via email.
Any modification request must be submitted via email and is subject to availability. Last-minute changes may not be accepted.
